I strive to be ready to try any case with just a laptop and appropriate software. I organize case files, documents, and information electronically so that one attorney can master a client file and handle a matter that might be staffed by several attorneys at a larger firm. Like large firms, I offer you the opportunity (in cases that would benefit from it) to use third-party AI analysis and document management technology. This allows me to control voluminous information and produces better results for less money. I believe inbeing personally responsible for all material aspects of a client matter. This allows me to be more familiar with the facts and the law than a larger firm and use information more quickly and effectively. Faster integration of information is better preparation, and better preparation wins cases.
