Our Mediation Practice
Eric has also had an active practice as a mediator and hearing officer for over 15 years. Eric’s extensive trial experience informs his work as a mediator, while his mediation experience helps litigation clients identify practical opportunities to resolve disputes. Eric has completed more than 200 hours of alternative dispute resolution training, volunteered with Colorado’s 20th Judicial District, and performs select mediation work with the Colorado Judicial Branch Office of Dispute Resolution.
