We represent both employers and employees in court and before the EEOC and State of Colorado in a full range of employment related disputes including illegal discrimination (age, race, gender, disability, nationality, religion), wrongful termination, retaliation, breach of contract, theft of trade secrets, and claims for unpaid wages. In addition to litigating cases, we advise our clients regarding appropriate employment policies, severance agreements, and assist them in investigating and resolving disputes without the need for litigation. Generally speaking, our representation of employees focuses on persons who with moderate to high paying positions or where the amount at issue (lost wages, benefits, etc.) is at least $25,000.
